At Moolanda, your child’s health and wellbeing are always a priority. To support families, a Child Health Nurse is co-located on site, providing an important partnership with our service. The Child Health Nurse works independently of Moolanda, offering dedicated support to families, particularly those with newborns and infants through scheduled appointments, health checks, and developmental guidance.
The Child Health Nurse also works collaboratively with our educators to strengthen shared understandings of children’s health and wellbeing, and to support timely and appropriate referrals to external health and support services when required.
